What We Do
Our Epoxy and Concrete
Coating Services
Different floors take different abuse. A garage deals with hot tires and oil, a pool deck deals with sun and bare feet, a warehouse deals with forklifts. We match the system to the job instead of putting the same product everywhere.
The Prep Difference
Why Most Garage Floor Coatings Fail in Arizona
Here is the thing almost nobody tells you when they hand over a quote. The coating itself is rarely the reason a floor fails. The prep is.
A slab that has been acid etched instead of diamond ground has no profile for the resin to grip. Cracks and control joints that got coated over instead of cut out and filled will telegraph straight back through within a season. And in Phoenix, a topcoat that is not UV stable will amber out on any floor that catches afternoon light through an open door.
We grind every slab, cut and fill every joint, and pick topcoats rated for Arizona sun. It takes longer and it costs more upfront. It is also why we are not back out there in eighteen months redoing it.
How a Floor Coating Job
Actually Goes
Three simple phases from slab preparation to final walkthrough.
Surface Preparation
Diamond grinding to open the concrete profile. Crack and control joint repair with semi-rigid polyurea. Oil spot treatment and moisture check. This is the day that decides how long the floor lasts.
Coating Application
Base coat goes down, flake gets broadcast to refusal if that's the system, then the excess is scraped and vacuumed. Topcoat follows once the base has cured properly, not before.
Cure and Walkthrough
We walk the floor with you, point out what to expect in the first few weeks, and go over care. Light foot traffic usually the next day, vehicles a few days after, depending on the system and the weather.

Common Questions About Epoxy Flooring in Phoenix
Most residential garages are a two-day job. Grinding and repair on day one, coating on day two. You can usually walk on it the next day and park on it within three to five days, depending on the system and the temperature.
Properly prepped epoxy handles Phoenix heat fine. What causes peeling is almost always bad prep, usually acid etching instead of diamond grinding. Hot tire pickup happens when the coating never bonded properly in the first place.
Epoxy is the workhorse base coat, thick and hard-wearing. Polyaspartic cures much faster and won't yellow under UV. A lot of our garage floors use an epoxy base with a polyaspartic topcoat to get both.
Usually yes. Cracks get cut out and filled with semi-rigid polyurea, then ground flush before coating. Badly spalled or moisture-affected slabs are a different conversation and we'll tell you honestly if a coating isn't the right call.
Yes. Flake systems come in dozens of blends, and metallic floors are mixed to whatever direction you want. We bring samples so you're choosing off a real chip, not a screen.
No. Estimates are free and there's no obligation. We'll look at the slab, tell you what it actually needs, and quote it.
